Having grown up in Seattle, WA, & having raised my three (now adult) kids in Connecticut, I have enough life experience under my belt to really 'get' why SoCal living is so special, & unlike any other part of the U.S.  Our lifestyle here is one by choice... and therefore everyone fortunate enough to call this place home feels super happy, grateful & lucky to have these world-class beaches, year-round Mediterranean weather & warm, kind, easy-going people as part of our everyday life. We do not take this place, or its people, for granted... and I know this. To call this place HOME is indeed a privilege. Owning a HOME here is indeed a blessing.
