Debra Gietter is the founder, owner, and designated broker officer of Luxre Realty, an independent Southern California brokerage known for its sophisticated brand, personalized service, and agent-focused culture. Since founding Luxre Realty in 2011, Debra has grown the company to approximately 150 real estate professionals serving Orange County and surrounding communities.

Debra is also the founder and owner of 7C Escrow, an independent escrow company established in 2018. Her extensive experience in real estate, brokerage operations, compliance, recruiting, and business development allows her to provide knowledgeable, hands-on leadership to both her agents and clients.
